Thanks To Sponsoring Organizations and Businesses!
We would like to express our gratitude to these

provided major donations to the Issaquah Valley Trolley Project in the form of
cash, materials or services.
Sponsoring Organizations
Issaquah
Historical Society volunteers restored Issaquah's Depot and Visitor's
Center years ago, and have dreamed of connecting them together with rail
passenger service ever since. But far beyond dreaming, many
volunteers have worked endless hours planning this project and now face
the challenge of operating and promoting it. Thank You! And thanks
also to the guys in the Society's restoration shop who are working to
restore the trolley and power car and create many of the unique items
needed to run a trolley line.
The City of Issaquah
was a partner in the lease of the Trolley from Yakima, and allows the
project to use the city-owned railroad right-of-way for operation and
facilities. We are grateful for the many little and big ways the City has
helped this project!
The City of
Yakima was generous in allowing us to use their 1928 vintage
trolley car to get our project off the ground. The two cities have
agreed to consider our trolley operations "sister projects"
which promote and support each other for the long term.
