Elmer Baxter was born in 1867. He is listed as an early pioneer, arriving in
the Issaquah Valley in 1888. His father Sylvanus was born in 1836 in New York.
His mother, Elizabeth, was born in 1839 in Illinois. Elmer died in 1930.
