Oral Histories

The Issaquah History Museums' collections contain more than 50 oral histories. The earliest was recorded in 1958, with the most recent dating from 2011. Thanks to generous grants from 4Culture, most of the oral histories in our collection have been transcribed and cataloged, making their contents readily accessible. As they become available, transcripts will be posted here and included in our digital collections.

Please note: we are not including oral histories with subjects who are still living at this time. If you were interviewed for an oral history and would like your transcript to appear here, please let us know!

The Digital Initiative has been made possible by generous funding from 4Culture, and from people like you.
