2008 Hometown Issaquah Reunion

Download a registration form for workshops here.

Please join us for the fifth annual Hometown Issaquah Reunion! This event provides a time and place for people to share family stories and memories of Issaquah, and to celebrate their own personal history. As in years past, guests will have an opportunity for coffee and conversation. This year we have also added several workshops designed to help you reveal and preserve your own personal history. You may attend all the workshops for $20 ($15 for members of the Issaquah History Museums), or attend only one or two for $8 each ($6 each for members)

Coffee & Conversation

11:45 AM-2:15 PM, Issaquah Depot

Drop by the Depot to visit with long-time resident, pioneer descendents and other folks who have a connection to our town. Look through images in the Issaquah History Museums’ photo collection, and help identify people and places. We will provide access to our Issaquah Family Tree, and guests are encouraged to add or correct information where needed.  Coffee & Conversation is free of charge.

Writing Your Memories

Do your descendents a favor and attend this workshop! ($8 for nonmembers, $6 for members)

Presented by Kim Pearson. Kim is the author of Making History: How to Remember, Record, Interpret and Share the Events of Your Life, among other works. She has been teaching people how to find their place in history and record their own life events since 1999.
